We back IPSentry with free email and forum support as well as free
minor version updates for the life of the major version.
That means that there are no annual support costs and no annual
maintenance costs.
When a major version is released, we design an upgrade path and
discount plan for currently licensed users. No annual
maintenance fees, no annual support fees. When you include
the recurring costs involved in just annual software maintenance in your
budget and you will see why thousands upon thousands of our

dollar, provides unsurpassed value for monitoring their network
infrastructure.
What about Major version upgrades?
Our standard support and maintenance lifetime is 1 year past the
release date of a major version, so regardless of when we put out a
major version upgrade, you can be assured that support and
maintenance of your purchase will remain intact for at a
minimum of a year. If you do choose to upgrade from an earlier
major version, we also provide substantial upgrade discounts.
RGE does not release "artificial upgrades". What this means is
that bug fixes, minor updates and minor feature enhancements are
included in the same major versions. When we release a major
upgrade, it is in fact a "major" upgrade. We don't just stamp
it with a version number and copyright update, fix a few bugs and
call it an upgrade.
